The beautifully located Center is owned and operated by Antoni and Natalia Niemczak.
Antoni is a 2.09 marathoner who either won or placed in the top three in several of the major world marathons such as New York City Marathon, Chicago Marathon, Tokyo Marathon, Los Angeles Marathon, and San Francisco Marathon, just to mention a few. Today, he still remains a competitive runner in the masters category.
For those desiring to either run a personal best, or just improve their fitness, Antoni is offering coaching or consulting on a one-on-one basis.
To make sure that your training, or your active vacation, is supported by a healthy diet, the Center offers home-made, nutritious meals, which were appreciated by world-class athletes from around the world who have been staying at the premises of the center on a regular basis. |
